A Blueprint is usually delivered within one to two weeks from kickoff. The process is collaborative and unhurried — we'd rather get it right than get it fast. Throughout, we look for the routes and hours that keep you clear of the worst of the crowds.

Conversation

A short questionnaire and a free 20-minute call. We listen for the things between the lines — the pace you actually enjoy, the food you'll remember, the rooms you'll return to.

Curation

We narrow to 2–4 prefectures for most Blueprints, or up to 10 prefectures for the Adventurous style. Where a place is known to be crowded, we look for a quieter hour or a nearby alternative. We propose a route, check feasibility against your dates and weather, and you sign off before we build anything in detail.

Design

Day-by-day plan: transport, neighbourhoods, rooms, restaurants, experiences. Each pick has a reason, a booking link, and a fallback. Delivered as a clean document you can use offline.

The journey
Tabi
You travel with the plan in hand — every booking link, fallback, and note already written down so you don't need to reach anyone mid-journey. Blueprint clients can email with plan questions; we reply as soon as we can.

The return
Kaeri
A post-trip debrief and a private 'recommendation memory' so the next trip starts faster. Many of our clients come back within two years.
