Terms of Service

EnMusubi Studio ("EnMusubi", "we", "us") is a Toronto-based trip-planning consultancy. We provide advisory and planning services for travellers to Japan — itinerary design, recommendations, and reservation assistance.

We are not a travel agency. We do not sell, package, or resell flights, hotels, tours, transportation, or insurance. We are not registered under the Ontario Travel Industry Act and do not act as a travel retailer or wholesaler. All travel components are booked by you directly with the supplier.

Services begin once your payment (or deposit, where applicable) is received. Specific deliverables and timelines are described on the relevant service page and confirmed by email at kickoff.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Compass Calls are non-refundable once scheduled but may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. Blueprint deposits are partially refundable up to 48 hours after the kickoff call only if we cannot accommodate your requests; the deposit covers time already committed and work already performed. Balance payments are non-refundable once the final Blueprint has been delivered.

All recommendations reflect our genuine opinion and recent personal experience where possible. We are not responsible for the conduct, pricing, availability, cancellations, or quality of any third-party supplier (airline, hotel, ryokan, restaurant, transport operator, guide, or experience provider) you book based on our recommendations.

EnMusubi is a one-person studio. We do not provide on-trip, real-time, or emergency assistance. Blueprint clients may email us with questions about their delivered plan; replies are best-effort and may take several days. We cannot guarantee response times or the availability of any restaurant, ryokan, or experience.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
