Privacy Notice

When you contact us we collect your name, email, and whatever you choose to tell us about your trip. When you book a paid service we collect payment information through our processor (Stripe) — we never see or store your card number.

We use your information only to respond to you, design your trip, deliver our services, and (if you opt in) send the occasional studio update. We never sell or rent your information to anyone.

We use a small number of trusted services to run the studio — currently Stripe for payments, a transactional email provider for receipts and notes, and a hosting provider for this site. Each is industry-standard and covered by its own privacy policy.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Just email hello@emsbjourneys.ca and we'll respond within a week.

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for basic site function. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
